Andreas Rau has a degree in food chemistry with a focus on toxicology.
After obtaining the diploma degree at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern end of 2009, he devoted himself to a research project at the University of Münster for determining the neurotoxicity of mercury compounds.
Prior to his entry into the Regulatory Affairs area, he was employed in acquainted companies both, as a product developer (at a trading company with more than 3,000 stores), and also in the method validation.
Since early 2013 he is part of TGE Consult with the focus on the safety assessment of cosmetic products and creating mandatory documents such as safety data sheet. Since continuous training is essential, Mr. Rau takes part in industrial cooperative training for safety assessors. He is group leader and part of the management.
Further relevant education references are courses of the German Society for Pharmacology and Toxicology (DGPT) and the limited expertise in accordance with § 5 of the German Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV).

Dr. Hanpeng Jin completed his doctorate in organometallic chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster with the topic of the synthesis and characterization of transition metal carbene complexes as well as their catalytic properties.
He is co-author of a total of 8 scientific publications.
Since beginning of 2017 he joined the Gans-Eichler Chemieberatung and is group leader for hazardous substances Management and MSDS authoring. He is part of the management.
M. Sc. Stefan Klein
Stefan Klein has a diploma degree in chemistry. He started to study at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz, then obtained his degree at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster focusing on biochemistry. Afterwards he worked in the field of biotechnology for several years, being responsible for the analytics and research & development. Besides this work he was an external lecturer at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences for two semesters at the Life Science faculty.
Since December 2021 Mr. Klein supports us in the field of hazardous substance management and safety data sheet preparation.

M. Sc. Holger Rabuske
Mr. Holger Rabuske is a chemist with a Master’s degree in organic synthesis chemistry.
He graduated from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in 2014. After further qualification as an environmental consultant and TÜV-certified quality manager, he worked for various large and medium-sized companies in the field of hazardous materials protection and as a quality manager in the analytical field.
Since August 2019, Mr. Rabuske has been working in Regulatory Affairs and Hazardous Materials Management. His focus is on the preparation of cosmetic products safety reports. He holds the certificate “Safety Assessment of Cosmetics in the EU Training Course 2020”.

B.Sc. Luka Hahner
Luka Hahner completed his bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster in 2020. The topic of his thesis was the synthesis and stabilisation of gold-palladium nanoparticles using photosensitive copolymers.
Since 2021, he has been supporting us in the area of hazardous substance management and safety data sheet preparation.

Ph. D. Ankita Das
Dr. Ankita Das gained her PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India in 2016. Her doctoral thesis was primarily focused on the electronic structural aspects and anion binding features of Ruthenium and Osmium complexes. Prior to joining our company, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in Trinity Collge Dublin, Ireland and designed Nickel catalysts aiming towards oxidative halogenation of hydrocarbons. She has co-authored a total of 12 publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Since December 2019, Mrs. Das has been supporting us in the area of regulatory affairs and hazardous substance management. She is focused on the preparation of safety data sheets and safety reports of cosmetic products.
